To avoid rush charges and possible shutdown delays:

it is important to check inventory and pre-order often overlooked items for the Recausticizing/Lime Kiln Plant

White Liquor & Mud Washing Pressure Filters:

1. Pressure Filter Support Tubes – Lead time: 10-12 weeks.
2. GORE ® Filter Socks – Lead time: 4 to 6 weeks.
3. Polypropylene Filter Socks – Lead time: 4 to 6 weeks.
4. Pressure Filter Fasteners, Bolts, Studs, Nuts and Washers – Lead time: 2 to 4 weeks.
5. Never-Seez and Lock Tite (red).
6. Mechanical drive shaft seal.
7. Torque Stix, torque wrench and other appropriate tools.
8. Dome “O”-Ring seal (if required) – In stock Vancouver, BC Warehouse.

Lime Mud & Dregs Pre-Coat Filters:

1. Filter Cloth – Lead time: 4 weeks.
2. Drainage Grids, Full Set for Complete Replacement – Lead time: 4 to 6 weeks.
3. Pre-Coat Doctor Blades – Lead time: 8 to 10 weeks.
4. Wear Plate for Vacuum Valve – Lead time: 6 weeks depending if drawing is on file.
5. Caulking Cord – Lead time: 1 to 2 weeks depending on supply.
6. Pneumatic Hammer & Wheels for Installation – Lead time: 1 to 2 weeks.
7. Hot Knife for Cloth Trimming and Touch up – Lead time: 1 to 2 weeks.
8. Division Strips – Lead time: 8 to 10 weeks.
9. Drum & Agitator Bearings and Housings – Lead time: 7 to 10 weeks.

Slaker, Causticizers & Other Agitators:

1. Slaker Grits Screw Bushings – Lead time: 3 to 4 weeks.
2. Agitator Hub & Blades – Lead time: 10 to 12 weeks.
3. Agitator, Bolts & Fasteners – Lead time: 2 to 4 weeks.
4. Spare Parts for Clarifier Drives – Lead time: 8 to 10 weeks.

Lime Kiln:

1. Stop Blocks – Lead time: 4 to 5 weeks
2. Bucket Elevator Pins – Lead time: 2 to 3 weeks
3. Seal Replacement Leaves (if required) – Lead time: 4 to 6 weeks
4. Bull Gear Pins – Lead time: 6 to 8 weeks
